Lyudmila Ivanovna was born in Perm, graduated with honors from the Perm Musical College, class of special piano, and then graduated from Gorky State Conservatory named after M. I. Glinka and full-time assistant internship. As a young specialist, she came to work at the Perm State Institute of Culture, where she has made her way from an accompanist to rector.
During the work of Lyudmila Ivanovna Drobysheva-Razumovskaya at the Perm State Institute of Culture, she developed a model of multi-level educational complex system of continuous art education at PSIC. Her work in the field of continuing art education received a positive assessment of the professional community at all-Russian and international scientific conferences on the issues of musical and aesthetic development of children and youth (Moscow, Perm, Orel, Kiev (Ukraine), Jyvaskyla (Finland), Lisbon (Portugal)).
In 2013, Lyudmila Ivanovna headed PSIC. In the status of the rector of the Institute, she pays great attention to improving the activities of the higher school: there has been optimized the organizational structure, created key management units (department of monitoring and quality control of educational activities, department of cultural and educational projects, department of extracurricular and educational work), elected Students Council. Since 2013, PSIC annually passes the "Monitoring the effectiveness of universities" in all major indicators.
The result of effective management of the rector and high professionalism of the teaching staff was the opening of Conservatory in 2013 and in 2015 – the Central children's art school in the structure of the PGIK with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the government of Perm territory and the Council of rectors of higher education institutions. These transformations became possible thanks to long-term active work on development of unique system of continuous art education in Perm territory and consecutive opening in PSIC of the directions of professional art.
Lyudmila Ivanovna is actively engaged in the development of educational activities of the University, opening of new areas of training, taking into account, above all, the needs of the region. Since 2015, the Institute has been allocated budget places in the direction of "musical art of stage". The Institute's recruitment of two educational profiles - "Pop jazz singing" and "Instruments of pop orchestra", - confirms the relevance of this area of study. In 2015-2016, the Institute received licenses for the implementation of Master's programs in the areas of "Musical-instrumental art", "Musicology and musical-applied art", "Conducting", "the Art of folk singing", "Social and cultural activities", "Library and information activity".
The Institute implements large-scale creative projects and International competitions:
- International multi-genre competition named after A. Nemtin (in nominations: piano, piano ensemble, organ, classical singing, folk singing, pop singing, guitar, guitar ensemble);
- International competition of vocalists “ACADEMIA”;
- International competition of folk instruments performers “Prikamye”;
- International competition of stringed instruments performers “Magic bow”;
- International competition of reciters “Live Russian Word”;
- Perm Territory competition of young performers on folk instruments and vocalists of folk singing “Russian fantasy”;
- Perm Territory concert season ticket “Creativity of youth - to the native city and the region!”.
Significant research projects are carried out under the leadership of Lyudmila Ivanovna:
- Annual all-Russian scientific-practical conference on the implementation of the state national policy, organized with the Support of the administration of the Governor of the Perm Territory;
- All-Russian conference (with international participation) “Dialogues on culture and art”;
- Annual scientific conference of undergraduate students and graduate students dedicated to topical issues of development of culture;
- International conference “Composer and Folklore”, in the framework of which, topical issues of mutual influence of modern music and traditional musical culture are considered.
Under the leadership of Lyudmila Ivanovna there have been implemented many events in the field of educational and extracurricular activities. The most significant of them:
- Annually organized action of assistance to veterans "Cultural front", dedicated to the Victory Day;
- Students’ "Day of beauty and health»;
- PSIC Cup in intellectual games.
The following students associations have been created: Student Creative Association, Student Scientific Society, Student brigades, sports club "Kultura", media center, volunteer groups.
Lyudmila Ivanovna works as a jury member of international, all-Russian, regional creative competitions and festivals. She is Chairman of the State attestation commissions, a member of the attestation commissions for a comprehensive assessment of the activities of secondary special and higher educational institutions of the arts and culture of the Perm Territory and Russia, a member of the Board of the Perm public fund “The house of Diaghilev”, a member of the Board of the non-profit Foundation for the support of the reconstruction of the Holy Cross Cathedral of the Belogorsky monastery, a member of the Commission for the "Overcoming" award of the head of Perm, a member of the Commission for awarding prizes of Perm and Perm Territory in the field of culture and art, a member of the public Council at the Perm city Duma.
Lyudmila Ivanovna has been an actively performing pianist. In her repertoire there are piano works by Russian and foreign composers. She has successfully performed at the Russian centers of science and culture in Vienna and Lisbon, at the Perm Tchaikovsky Opera theatre, in Philharmonic halls of Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm and other cities of Russia.
For more than 10 years, Ludmila Ivanovna has been a part of the duet “Fashion piano-keys”, giving concerts at the best venues of Perm Territory. In the repertoire of this rare ensemble (piano and organ) there are old Baroque compositions, domestic and foreign classics, romantic and modern music pieces, original compositions, and transcriptions. It is a huge scale sound world, impressive richness of color and variety of musical images.
L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya is the author of more than 50 publications widely used in pedagogical practice. Every year, students of her class and the Department of special piano successfully perform at the best concert venues in the city and the Perm Territory; participate in regional, national and international competitions.
During the years of her successful pedagogical and managerial activity, Lyudmila Ivanovna has repeatedly received advanced training in professional programs, programs in the field of modern IT technologies, programs to improve the educational process for students with physical condition and programs affecting various aspects of management of the Institute. In 2018, L. I. Drobysheva-Razumovskaya received the professional retraining in "State and municipal management".
For her fruitful activities, Lyudmila Ivanovna has been awarded the title "Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation", the award pin of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation "For achievements in culture", Gratitude of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation, Honorary diploma of the Presidium of Perm Territory Council of Trade unions, Honorary diplomas of the Committee on Culture and Arts of Perm city administration, letter of Gratitude of the head of the Perm city, the Honorary diploma of the Government of Perm Territory, letter of Gratitude of the head of Perm city administration, a letter of Thanks from the Governor of Perm Territory. She is a laureate of the Perm Territory prize in the field of culture and art, a laureate of the prize and a grant holder of the “Russian Performing Arts” Foundation.
